We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, and only as far as necessary:

- Automattic (Jetpack) — website statistics, security and spam filtering
- CookieYes — recording and storing your cookie consent choices
- Meta (WhatsApp) — if you choose to contact us via the WhatsApp button, your message is handled under WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy
- Our accountants, insurers and professional advisers, where required

International transfers
Some of our providers are based outside the UK, including in the United States. How long we keep your data
- Enquiries that do not become jobs: normally up to 24 months, then deleted
- Customer and job records: at least 6 years after the end of the relationship, to meet HMRC, insurance and limitation-period requirements
- Cookie consent records: as set out in our Cookie Policy
- Website analytics: in line with the retention settings of the analytics provider
Your rights
